Orders for in-stock watches are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification once your watch is on its way.
Pre-owned Watches
Orders for pre-owned watches are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification when your watch is on its way. Please note that returns on pre-owned watches are subject to a £100 restocking fee to cover postage and administrative costs due to the high value of these timepieces.
Payment
Payments can be made card, paypal or our finance partner Novuna.
PayPal is a trusted and secure payment gateway used by many online retailers.
Take advantage of our interest free credit available with a 10% deposit. A minimum product value of £750. Finance is offered for up to 10 months. This service is not avaialble for pre-owned models.
Free Shipping - UK Only
Shipping is free on all items and is handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Once your order is shipped you will be issued with a Tracking ID to follow its journey.
If the item is for a special occasion or if you have any special requests please include in the notes section during the checkout.
Returns
If your item is un-wanted then you have up to 14 days to return the item for a full refund. Returns will need to be received in the same condition they were sent and you'll need to return at your own cost using a service such as Royal Mail Click & Drop.
