When choosing a diamond, several key factors determine its beauty and value:
- Clarity – Refers to the presence of natural inclusions within the diamond. The fewer inclusions, the higher the clarity, ensuring a more brilliant and flawless appearance.
- Colour – Diamonds range from completely colourless to shades of yellow or brown. The less colour present, the rarer and more valuable the stone.
- Carat – A diamond’s weight is measured in carats, with higher carat diamonds generally being larger. However, factors like cut and setting can enhance its visual impact beyond just weight.
- Cut – The cut determines how well a diamond reflects light, influencing its sparkle and brilliance. Popular cuts include Round, Princess, Oval, Emerald, and Pear, each offering a unique style and level of radiance.

Choosing the right ring size is essential for comfort and wearability, and we’re here to make the process seamless. As standard, our rings are mainly crafted in Size M, which is the average UK ring size. However, we understand that everyone’s hands are unique, which is why we offer a free ring sizing service with all our orders over £1000.
Resizing Your Ring
Most of our rings can be adjusted to suit your size, ensuring a perfect fit. Simple bands and classic designs can be resized up or down with ease. However, for certain intricate designs—such as eternity rings with stones set all the way around, or detailed patterns—resizing may be more limited. In these cases, adjustments may only be possible one or two sizes up or down to preserve the integrity of the design.
Large Size Adjustments
If you require a significant size increase, additional materials may be needed to maintain the structure and beauty of your ring. In these cases, a small material fee will apply, but we will always discuss this with you beforehand to ensure transparency.

Bespoke & Baldwin ‘Made for You’ Pieces
Crafted with care and precision, our bespoke designs and Baldwin ‘Made for You’ collections require time for design and workshop production. Depending on your specifications and our current workload, these pieces can take 4 to 8 weeks to complete. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you know exactly when to expect your one-of-a-kind piece.

Payments can be made card, paypal or our finance partner Novuna.
PayPal is a trusted and secure payment gateway used by many online retailers.
Take advantage of our interest free credit available with a 10% deposit. A minimum product value of £750. Finance is offered for up to 10 months.
Free Shipping - UK Only
Shipping is free on all items over £100 and is handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Once your order is shipped you will be issued with a Tracking ID to follow its journey.

Returns
If your item is un-wanted then you have up to 14 days to return the item for a full refund. Returns will need to be received in the same condition they were sent and you'll need to return at your own cost using a service such as Royal Mail Click & Drop.
