As standard, our rings are mainly crafted in Size M, which is the average UK ring size. However, we understand that everyone’s hands are unique, which is why we offer a free ring sizing service with all our orders over £1000.
Resizing Your Ring
Most of our rings can be adjusted to suit your size, ensuring a perfect fit. Simple bands and classic designs can be resized up or down with ease. However, for certain intricate designs—such as eternity rings with stones set all the way around, or detailed patterns—resizing may be more limited. In these cases, adjustments may only be possible one or two sizes up or down to preserve the integrity of the design.
Large Size Adjustments
If you require a significant size increase, additional materials may be needed to maintain the structure and beauty of your ring. In these cases, a small material fee will apply, but we will always discuss this with you beforehand to ensure transparency.

Crafted with care and precision, our bespoke designs and Baldwin ‘Made for You’ collections require time for design and workshop production. Depending on your specifications and our current workload, these pieces can take 4 to 8 weeks to complete. We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you know exactly when to expect your one-of-a-kind piece.

Free Shipping - UK Only
Shipping is free on all items over £100 and is handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Once your order is shipped you will be issued with a Tracking ID to follow its journey.

Returns
If your item is un-wanted then you have up to 14 days to return the item for a full refund.
