I visited Baldwins a couple of months ago with some jewellery I had inherited and some other unused jewellery. I knew I wanted a piece of jewellery made but I was lost on where to begin. James talked me through various options and we agreed on a design. Baldwins kept me updated on the progress throughout. James decided to have further stones set which was such a great decision. I collected the bangle today and I am over the moon with the finished piece, it is absolutely stunning!! Highly recommend Baldwins, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am blown away with my bangle.

Lovely experience! I wanted to get a legacy piece with an inheritance; something special to have and then leave to my daughter in years to come. They were welcoming, helpful and pleased to help from the outset. I fell in love with a beautiful ruby and diamond ring and the team at Baldwins made this purchase feel easy. We have just purchased our recent, original design by John Baldwin. A beautiful necklace where he got inspiration from a visit to Venice with his family. The quality of service we received from both James Baldwin and Andrew was wonderful, as always. They know everything, about all the pieces they stock. If you love original jewellery, this is the place to visit. I look forward to my next visit (with my husband 😊)

I have used John Baldwins for years although I have had things altered I had never had anything made until this year. Jamie was so patient in designing my ring and it did not disappoint. Jamie is so talented and he has made me the most beautiful ring, just as I wanted. Such a lovely shop with welcoming staff.
